Technical Project Manager:
The project manager manages our development team and is responsible for development and implementation of our environments and infrastructure, project management, and daily operations. The technical project manager provides technical leadership in developing applications and analyzing business requirements as they pertain to our internet-related systems and researches, tracks and understands new web technologies, setup frameworks, and work closely with our CEO.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, and manage the team.
- Project and team management, resource planning, project scoping
- Develop plans, schedules and requirements for installation and maintenance of new and enhanced software/application.
- Plan and manage the delivery and implementation of our products and outsource projects for our clients.
- Documentation of the design details with Visio diagrams where necessary, assist in the documentation of current and future systems.
- Capacity planning, comprehensive knowledge of project planning and management with experience acting as a project lead.
- Able to troubleshoot problems and determine effective resolution path
- Able to analyze general or specific situations and recommend appropriate solutions
- Strategic/tactical thinking; able to translate strategic goals into tactical objectives
- Able to plan and organize multiple tasks and priorities across work-groups.
- Strong project management skills, knowledge of key components of project management and associated tools and methodologies
- BA or BS of Computer Science degree, 5 years leading and managing technical teams

Technical Architecture Lead:
I. Job Summary:
This position serves as technical lead which will design SW architecture, lead development team and ensure high-quality product. Be able to work on multiple projects, and coordinate them well to ensure delivery on time, mentoring team members, communicating and documenting design related issues, and recommending improvements.
II. Accountabilities:
1. Design software solutions for business challenges.
2. Create design documents.
3. Develop software programs and perform unit testing.
4. Provide technical product support of the company's production applications.
5. Lead team in the design and development of high-quality business applications working with all levels of engineers, PM and QA to create application architecture to support multiple applications.
6. Build mission-critical applications utilizing .NET environments, and Java environment. Ensure accuracy of product's architecture documentation.
7. Advise applicable business groups on specific product baseline enhancements which may be candidates for product enhancements.
8. Facilitate effective code inspections and design reviews including mentoring others on generally accepted software development best practices, and/or established company best practices (including security).
9. Create and maintain technology roadmaps, and documentation, and project management.
10. Requirements gathering and other duties as assigned.
III. Job Requirements:
1. 8 years programming experience.
2. 8 years with relational databases.
3. 4 years experience in Java architecture, and .NET architecture.
4. Experienced as technical lead.
5. Deep experience with Web UI design, middleware development, and Web Services with full life cycle expertise.
6. Expert level understanding of Data Modeling, Object Oriented Design, Object Relational mapping, SOA, XML/Web Services and Design Patterns is required.
7. Strong knowledge of multi-tier web applications, databases, and concerns such as performance, availability and scalability.
8. Strong experience with Agile development processes, including Object Oriented software development lifecycles.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
